Welcome to C5 Texas!

As Executive Director, it’s my honor to share our vision and the transformative work we’re doing to empower young people in grades 8-12. Our mission is simple: to change the odds for high-potential youth by inspiring them to pursue personal success in college, work and their communities. We work to build character, inspire community, and provide the tools and support necessary for students to become college and career-bound, ready to take on the world.

At C5 Texas, we believe that every young person deserves the chance to achieve their full potential. Through mentorship, educational enrichment, and hands-on experiences, we help students develop the resilience, leadership, and determination to overcome challenges and chart their own paths.

Our approach is rooted in community. We know that students thrive when they are supported by a network of caring mentors, educators, and peers. Together, we create an environment where young people are encouraged to take risks, push boundaries, and dream big about their futures. We celebrate their growth as individuals and as leaders, always focused on the long-term goal: helping them graduate high school with a clear vision of the opportunities that lie ahead—whether that’s pursuing higher education or stepping into the workforce with the skills and confidence to succeed.

We’re not just preparing students for college or career—we’re preparing them for life. Our programs are designed to meet the unique needs of each student, while challenging them to step outside their comfort zones and become resilient, adaptable, and ready for the future.
