The 5th Annual C5 Texas Golf Classic at TPC Craig Ranch, McKinney, Texas was a huge success!

The event hosted 33 teams and was attended by 150 golf players, volunteers, sponsors and guests.  One again, our teams have the opportunity to compete against Long Drive Champion Nyle Pruitt, raising the bar for giving to our program.  After a beautiful day out on the course the guests gathered in the banquet room to hear special guest, former Dallas Cowboy and three time Super Bowl Champion, Jay Novacek.  Novacek spoke about the importance of having the chance to prove oneself and how C5 Texas gives under resourced youth the chance to make a difference in their lives and their communities. Program Sponsor GDF Suez Energy Resources, Bill White and Presenting Sponsor Ball Corporation’s Michael Hranicka shared with the room why they got involved with the C5 Program and how it is making a difference for youth in Texas.

Our C5 youth speakers, Santiago Montes de Oca and Stefany Camacho shared how C5 is changing their lives and their options.  A very special thank you to all the players, sponsors and donors who helped make the tournament a success! With your support, each year C5 Youth Foundation of Texas helps the high-potential youth in our communities strive for a better future!
